Project Description

The General Contractor and owner of this commercial piece of property in Cape Coral felt that pre-developing the property would expedite the transfer to a new developer looking to add a new commercial building to the Del Prado corridor.

They had the land developed with a parking lot as well as a new irrigation system, full perimeter landscaping, perimeter sod, and landscaping for the retention area.  It has all the perimeter requirements the City of Cape Coral requires for development.

This puts the new property owner 3 steps ahead in the construction process.
